Radio Free Kaslo June 9, 2017

Culture is for sissies? No way! That’s according to JOHN DAVIS, who’s helped turn around the economic fortunes of two small rural Minnesota towns using the arts as the primary driver.

Got ants in your pants? Well, SARAH CALHOUN does! This rural entrepreneurial rock star has created a booming business in tiny White Sulphur Springs, Montana. Her foundation helps rural women get down to business. And she’s the producer of the Red Ants Pants Music Festival, attracting over 15,000 fans and the top roots artists to a cow pasture outside town.

Both John and Sarah are interviewed on today’s show.

And BTW, both are coming to Kaslo, John Davis as soon as June 19. Stay tuned for more, in the meantime, enjoy!
